Our average delivery time is 3-4 weeks from order placement. We aim to deliver as soon as possible. However, as our tailor made shirts naturally are custom made, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Within the order confirmation e-mail you will find link to the status of your shirt order.
Freight and costs
All tailor made shirts within an order is sent in one parcel for your convenience. The parcel is shipped with restricted delivery, meaning you will have to provide your signature upon pick-up. This to ensure only you pick up the parcel. You pay a low flat per-parcel shipping fee for your entire order. All other costs are included in the product price and no other fees will be charged on your order.
Washing Instructions
All our tailor made shirts can be washed in water in a washing machine or by hand at 40°C. Normal spin.
As our customer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days when purchasing online.
* You do not need to state why you want to cancel your order. An e-mail message must be sent to Tailorcut within 14 days to claim this right.When ordering your tailor made shirts at Tailorcut.com you order a custom made product. Therefore, the 14-day period starts from the day you place your order.
* You must maintain the merchandise in the same condition as upon reception. You are not allowed to use the product. If the product is damaged or lost because of your conduct, the right to cancel the order is forfeit.

Should you not be satisfied with your tailor made shirt - please contact us. We do guarantee that the shirt is sewn according to the measurements stated when ordering, but we cannot guarantee the correctness of your measurements since these are solely provided by you.
